All of the staff were decent and affable. the hotel location was quiet close to everything, including grocery stores and fast food restaurants. - I had a fine experience during my 3-night stay with my friend.

The service was excellent and the location was peaceful. The room was quiet and enjoyable with a microwave, a refrigerator, coffee and tea making equipment available. The staff were very amiable, helped with any issues.

I like that all rooms have a fridge and microwave and counter space. I like this one has an elevator and luggage cart. the rooms are spacious. Staff is friendly. laundry on site.

This place has a studio suite with cozy carpeting and all the necessary stuff. They've got a microwave, fridge, and even coffee and tea-making gear, which was just perfect 👌. the spot is peaceful and tucked away in a good area.

This extended stay is the best one Sacramento and mistakenly gave the south Natomas a good review because I thought it was this one. South natoma is one of the worst Northgate is by far the best extended stay in Sacramento.

The staff was friendly the room was clean the area was quiet. I wo yo ld use this facility again if in th he area.
We had to shake the handle on the toilet to keep it from running.

I booked a room online, and when I got there, they said they had no more rooms available and that they were overbooked.

The location here is really convenient as you can easily walk to nearby places, and the rooms come equipped with soap, a queen bed, and all necessary appliances.

To have small kitchen was nice, but...
Refrig is loud during night; burners are wobbly. No fan in bathroom, or hair dryer.

The bed was hard. headboard is not tight, bed frame/bed making nosies when you turn. They did not clean and change bed sheets and pillow case throught out our stay (4 days). The tub was clog. Over all will not stay there again.
